I recently visited Flip Side in Easton and had an excellent experience. I came alone and sat at the bar, where I was greeted warmly by multiple staff members. Everyone was friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

The bartender chatted with me about my taste in beer and offered a few samples—the lager stood out as excellent. For food, I let her decide and she recommended Shawn’s Burger with truffle fries. The burger was one of the best I’ve ever...

Giving 5 stars, but the cooks don’t listen. Nothing against the girl who took my order—she got it right. I specifically asked for no LTOP, and she recorded it correctly, but the kitchen still prepared it wrong. One item had onions, and another had shallots, even though I requested neither. The “Say Cheese” burger doesn’t even come with shallots, so I’m not sure why they were on there.

We both ordered burgers and sweet potato fries. Asked for light seasoning on the burgers and that's exactly how they came out.
We had asked for crispy sweet potato fries and they came out very mushy. Our server was the bartender, and he was very quick to go get us another batch. They were darker on the outside, but still very mushy inside. If you like sweet potato fries I would not order them here. They're just too thick to be cooked properly.
