Flipside in Easton is a great spot, especially if you’re looking for gluten-friendly options. Their truffle fries are outstanding—crispy, flavorful, and hard to stop eating. The burgers are excellent as well, cooked just right and packed with flavor. And if you’re a brunch or cocktail fan, don’t skip their Bloody Mary; it’s easily one of the best around.

Highly recommend for a casual, delicious meal with something for everyone.

Flip Side is a burger restaurant tucked away in the Easton mall area. They have plenty of buger and fry options. I went simple with a cheese burger and regular fries. The food was great and our server great as well. Like I said previously, this restaurant is tucked away so I didn't know it was there until someone told me about it. I would definitely go back.

Let me start by saying the service here is phenomenal. My server, Kayla, set the tone right away—she was on it from the second I sat down. Water immediately, drink delivered fast, and since it was my first visit, she walked me through the menu like an absolute pro. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure I picked something amazing.
