So this is probably the Starbucks I go to more often than not. I have never had a truely bad experience. I order ahead on the app most times and just go in to pick it up. Every employee that I've interacted with has been kind and professional. I'm not saying that my order is always perfect but if it's not all I have to do is say something to the employee and it's fixed, no questions asked.It's always a good time in here, and the staff does there best to get out orders quickly...read full review
Not the usually service I'm accustomed to at any other Starbucks. I was quite disappointed, I felt like I was at a corner convenient store. The store was dirty, no one greeted you, Noone notified you when your order was ready. You had to go over to the tray and read the receipt taped on the order to see if it's yours.

Not sure about some of these awful credited reviews here. My Hot Americano was hot. It was well made. I just had to ask them to add some more hot water. Upon asking their staff Starbuck's persons nicely, they were helpful enough. i.e. Be humanly acting and you shall receive? I had to stay after them for simpler requests for the side half and half cream, the side plastic glass of ice water, etc...
