We stopped in for pumpkin spice drinks to kick off the beginning of fall and accidentally spilled one of the drinks while we were sitting inside the restaurant. A hot sticky autumnal tidal wave of caffeine went absolutely everywhere. The Saturday morning crew saw us trying to clean up the mess and immediately offered to replace the drink while someone ran out to mop up the floor. The team was incredibly kind and understanding. Incredibly kind! He greeted me and actually asked how my day was going, it was more than a transaction it was an experience! Seth recommended I try the strawberry refresher with banana syrup and wow it was so good!! Thanks for an awesome visit!!

I work in a Starbucks out of state and this store was my home away from home!! Hospitality was a 10!!! I was offered serve ware before I even mentioned I was a partner. Pam took care of me while I enjoyed my breakfast and was a wonderful host. I experienced the five key moment. Courage, craft, results, joy, and belonging was felt and every aspect of my visit felt intentional 💚 shout out to the team as a whole wonderful leadership experienced here
