i've never had a time when i didn't wait a weirdly long time for anyone to take my order, I just had a barista walk up after about 2-3 min of waiting, put in her own order, and just walk off. this place is bizzare.

Not sure about some of these awful credited reviews here. My Hot Americano was hot. It was well made. I just had to ask them to add some more hot water. Upon asking their staff Starbuck's persons nicely, they were helpful enough. i.e. Be humanly acting and you shall receive? I had to stay after them for simpler requests for the side half and half cream, the side plastic glass of ice water, etc... The Starbucks doesn't allow them to put it out like they had used to in order to save costs. They did finally accommodate. I'd return though.

Emily was on top of things. Making a great sandwich. Keep up the good work. I Highly recommend the turkey bacon Swiss breakfast sandwich.

While I am glad to finally have my Starbucks back after renovations, it is very different and not in a good way... they have gone the way of most and removed most of the seats now only 4 tables and really no room to stand..winter and the cold will be interesting... for a 3rd home... its not that great.

Most of the time employees have great attitude and customer service except for having mobiles orders on time, i understand they have a lot of orders but I do order on time so i don’t have to be late for work. Lately I’ve been late to work because i have to wait for my order after order time :(

So this is probably the Starbucks I go to more often than not. I have never had a truely bad experience. I order ahead on the app most times and just go in to pick it up. Every employee that I've interacted with has been kind and professional. I'm not saying that my order is always perfect but if it's not all I have to do is say something to the employee and it's fixed, no questions asked.It's always a good time in here, and the staff does there best to get out orders quickly and efficiently. The counters are clean and, while it can get a little crowded at morning or on weekends, I'm never waiting super long.

every single time i put Mobil order in it's a WHOLE situation- the store manager is AWFUL - you will wait 20mins for your order while employees off clock come into store and mKe their own "free" drinks while paying customers standing there for 20mins waiting for a mobile order. i was told by the district store manager "Nicky" that this store manager has anxiety in "stressful fast paced" situations. They will make excuses for staffing or the store manager will just sit there and act like she's doing something but she's not. all she does is continue to argue and doesn't do ANYTHING else - the district manager was a complete joke - this store has a bad VIBE - I would rather drive 20 mins to another Starbucks OUT of my way -to avoid this location at all costs ! i honest can't believe Starbucks entertains the store manager TONISHA ! you can tell she is there juat to clock in and clock out. lazy training makes a lazy store -

I normally don’t do reviews very often but what happened at this specific location wasn’t great. I did a mobile order and as I walked in the store there was at least 3 people coming up the counter saying their order was wrong. I didn’t hear any apologies from the baristas and it didn’t seem to be so busy so that made me confused. In addition I realized that my drink was wrong as well. I also ordered the eggs and cheddar protein box and it was very frozen, which I would get if it was early in the morning but it’s almost noon… long story short lots of training is needed at this location…

Not the usually service I'm accustomed to at any other Starbucks. I was quite disappointed, I felt like I was at a corner convenient store. The store was dirty, no one greeted you, Noone notified you when your order was ready. You had to go over to the tray and read the receipt taped on the order to see if it's yours.
