We have eaten here multiple times and it never disappoints!!!! From the great conversation to the amazing food, THIS IS THE PLACE TO EAT. We ordered a full slab of ribs, Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, cabbage, baked beans, and a hot dog because WHY NOT!!!! When I tell you this food makes you want to lick the plate, you gotta go try it. Thank you Rib Queen for making food that is delicious, seasoned, and consistently GOOD!!! I only got a picture of the hot dog cause when you know, you know.

The Rib Queen saved dinner after my grill caught fire, and everything was delicious. The ribs were tender, and my wife said the cabbage was tender and had just the right amount of spice. Guaranteed to go back again.

I got the sweet potato and they were mushy but had a little taste to them but they were cold. The greens had some much white stuff in them I couldn’t enjoy them. The rib pieces I got some were burnt. To answer your question! Yes, I know what cabbage looks 😆. However I need had mushy collard greens and cabbage my fault. To be fair yes, you are a food truck and not a fast food. However if I decide to eat my food in my car I should be able too. But instead I had to wait to go home and warm my food up .So it’s not a me problem maybe you need to make sure you have the proper stuff on your truck to keep the food warm in. I wasn’t asking for a refund, I just wrote in to share how unsatisfied I was with my meal . I wouldn’t be coming back don’t worry. Sis I’ve noticed when people put how dissatisfied they are you are very unprofessional and that’s not cool. We are here to help you grow your business. Be bless !
Went shopping and saw a food truck with RIBS involved; so excited to try it out! It was fantastic!!! We cannot wait to try more items on the menu! Thank you The Ribs Queen for a wonderful dinner tonight! ❤️

My boyfriend and I just stopped there for dinner this evening and let me tell you!!! Best ribs we have had!! We got a full rack, spicy Mac and potato salad; it was all great! The wonderful lady running it was just an angel too!! We will be back!
