Words can't explain how grateful I am and how much this meant to me.I reached out a couple of months ago via email and explained that I would like to have a cake in memory of my son, who would've been 1 this year. I wanted a dinosaur theme because that would've been the theme for his 1st birthday.The customer service was outstanding, the team was responsive, I felt heard, and instantly knew that this was the right place to have this done.When I came in to pick up the cake I was so amazed with the outcome and they exceeded my expectations. The fact that they took time to even put my son's name on the cake, brought tears.Not only they provided excellent customer service, they provided support and care during time that was needed the most.They made a huge impact on the day I was honoring my son. They definitely made this day special for me and my husband.I would definitely reccomend their services.Thank you, again. From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate it.

I had high hopes. I really did.The place is pleasant and clean. The customer service is top notch, but the product was lacking.I ordered both gluten friendly for myself and traditional minis for my sons.My cupcakes were sadly so so dry.I had a few flavors and each one was no batter than the last.The icing was overly sweet.It’s unfortunate especially because one is paying a lot for one cupcake.My sons each ate one mini and neither had an interest in their second one. I have two stars because the place is otherwise very nice.

The best cupcakes in town. I was hesitant at first because it was pretty expensive but once I took a bite out of the cupcakes it was worth every singe amount. Moist, rich, creamy and just the right amount of sweet to it. We've been there twice in one week and I have walked out with 2 boxes worth each time. They have such nice workers and its super clean inside the store as well. Highly recommend!

These are hands-down the BEST cupcakes I've ever had. Normally, I can take it or leave it with cupcakes, as I hadn't previously had any that made me want them again. Definitely not the case for Gigi's! I'll be coming back over and over for these. The cake is moist and the frosting isn't too sweet or overpowering as many other places tend to be. Really good product here!

Gigi’s saved me from a disaster! I had ordered and paid for a cake from the Suisse shop bakery and they went out of business, never told me and took my money! I went to pick up the cake the night before my daughter’s bridal shower and there was No bakery. I am from out of town and happened upon Gigi’s Cupcakes and they saved the day! The girl behind the counter was extremely nice and brought out everything they had left (it was after 5 pm). I was able to purchase what I needed and they looked amazing and were delicious. All the flavors were yummy!!

I came here for the GF cupcakes. Frosting was a little much for my liking on the wedding cake, and ganache was perfect on the chocolate. Both cupcakes were super moist. Will be returning to try other GF flavors!
