They used to be amazing with a huge selection. They still have many products and I can always find what I need.

Nothing short of miraculous. The Reuben bowl unbelievable. The pot roast spectacular. The garam masala inconceivable.I'm 55 years old. Worked in food service for many years. Love to eat. I'm so grateful!!!I'm wrangling my health back from a mis-spent youth and have dreamt of easy access to gourmet-like vegan without having to make it all myself. This is the real deal. Buckle up Susan. You're my new best friend.

For a grab and go place, this establishment is the best I have ever had! Everything was seasoned well without too much salt or too much oil. Delicious and very fresh tasting. Unique rounded flavors. Lots of options. So good!

I always come here for healthy snacks and coffee, and now the kitchen is back open as Go Smart Superfoods and my sweet potato, black bean, kale enchilada was absolutely delicious! All plant based and GF menu...

RR has a lot of hard-to-find items that other local competitors just don't stock. Fresh Lions Mane Mushrooms are an absolute delight truly the crème de la crème of mushrooms & RR's vast stock of fresh organic herbs ... all make for an experience not to be missed.

If you don't want to go to Whole Foods, this is really the only alternative natural foods store in the Columbus area. I am grateful to live within driving distance of it, and have a place to buy gluten free and keto food items that grocery stores don't carry. It does come along with higher prices, so I shop selectively. They used to have a cafe and salad bar which, sadly, closed permanently during Covid. They still sell a few different prepared salads and sandwiches. The egg salad is really delicious. This store serves a real need in the area and I hope they can continue to do well.

Really nice store! Glad I found this little keto friendly gem while passing through... picked up fresh Amish homemade organic grass fed butter (dark yellow & extra creamy), salami, organic nongmo whole buttermilk, organic nongmo sauerkraut, and Lilly's chocolates, each reasonably priced and tasty... Will definitely visit again when in the area.

I love this store and the staff. Always helpful, never pushy. Although the prices can be a bit high on certain products, you can ALWAYS expect the best & freshest of everything the store has to offer. My go to place whenever I'm not feeling my best (cold, flu, digestive, etc) because I can always find a friendly face and pharma alternatives to get me back in tip top shape. Naturally. Thank you Raisin Rack

A few years ago I would have given this store 5 stars. They definitely have lots of hard to find items for healthy eating and specialized diets, but as other Yelpers have mentioned, it is a tad overpriced. I shopped here a lot back in 2013-2014 before I moved to Cleveland, when it was hard to find a lot of specific health items at the regular grocery store. Now that I'm back I can definitely say the store doesn't have the same charm that it used to. I think something Raisin Rack should keep in mind is that now most grocery stores offer a lot of these natural, organic, vegan, paleo, and gluten free options, and at lower prices. If I can get these items at Kroger with the rest of my groceries, and it's cheaper there, I would be silly to make the trip all the way to Raisin Rack to pay more. Their supplements are also really expensive and I would definitely purchase them off of Amazon before I would buy them here. Now that being said, Raisin Rack still does have more health food options than at the regular grocery store, bulk items, and a cafe. Let's talk about the cafe. That's the real saving grace here. I love their fresh juice bar. Whenever I am sick or getting sick, I stop by here a few days in a row for a Magnificent Seven. It's so delicious and by far my favorite fresh pressed juice. The other highlight is the cafe workers. When I stopped by RR most recently, not one regular employee even smiled at me. There was a brown haired lady at the customer service desk who actually glared back when I smiled at her, lol. But the cafe workers were all so nice, asking how I was, chatting about the weather, complimenting my baby, etc. They were just friendly and down to earth. They are the main reason that the store is getting 3 stars instead of 2. So I will definitely continue to visit here for the juice, and would highly recommend the cafe. But as for the store itself, it depends on your situation. If cost isn't an issue and you're just looking for a 1 stop shop, then give RR a try if you're in the area! If you're a bit more on the frugal side and have other health food stores closer to you, I'd probably recommend sticking with that.

What in the world?! What happened to this store? They stopped carrying specific items and now their deli has changed their recipes for several sandwiches. I'm so extremely disappointed. Now that I have looked around, and I do not see the usual staff that I have seen for several years... this could be the reason why this deli and store is going downhill

Great place for organic food and home items. They have a place to eat inside but it's on restricted hours due to staff. I believe it closes each day at 330 pm. Prices of produce are very comparing if not less cost expense than the Kroger down the road so that was pretty cool. Very clean. Just expect to usually pay more for organic frozen items than that Which are non organic. Staff was very friendly.

Great gluten free selection. Their cafe is also pretty good but a bit pricey ($10 for a burrito vs say $8 at chipotle).

I went in here to check it out since I'm doing plant based meals now . They have several items and lots of organic and gluten free items . I like that they also have a salad bar and kitchen to place orders I tried the vegan BLT and it was delicious I will be going back .

The Raisin Rack has really stepped up the quality and selection of its organic products! And the lunch bar rocks!
