The pastries are freshly baked and the taste is unique and absolutely delicious.
I wanted to send my brother an anniversary cake from out of state and my order from another bakery was canceled last minute. I called Gourmand and asked if they had anything available for immediate delivery and chose a chocolate ganache and raspberry cake. She was so kind not only to write on the cake for me but send me a picture so I knew what I was getting. I was so happy to see what beautiful cakes they made!
