My husband and I stopped in today for their signature flavors. We got 2 scoops each on waffle cones for $16.00. I was quite impressed with the s’mores flavor. I loved the marshmallows in it! He got the black raspberry chip which he absolutely loves and gets every time. The place was clean and cool. The play area was so impressive i told my sister about it bc i know my nephew will have a blast there. They also have premade ice cream cakes and pies available for only $40! That’s a great deal! I’m getting the black raspberry chip pie for my husband’s birthday! lol he’s gonna love it haha! We totally recommend taking an ice cream trip to this location. U won’t b disappointed! 🤪

Graeter's ice cream is delicious in general. This location is very large compared to others I've been to, and they have an enormous play area for kids. There's even a smaller play area for littles under 3.

This is my go to Graeter’s and I would definitely recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried! The staff is always friendly and quick
We just had our child’s birthday party here and I will start off with the hostess Marco was great! But sadly that’s were it ends. First off we are paying good money to have a party there and there was absolutely no parking for our guest because it was so busy, the manger would let anyone park along the side in the back, instead his solution was to have our guest park across a busy 4lane and divided street at Krogers parking lot. Secondly they were WAY over the fire department limit for the play area and they still continued to let more and more people in it was so packed you could barely move. Third, the manger was running around the play room screaming at kids. Fourth, we had two teenage girls from our party in the bathroom when a male worker knocked on the bathroom asked if there was anyone in there they said yes and he still continued to go in and change the trash while they were in there. We have no problem paying good money for our child’s party but that also comes with expectations and this place failed miserably at meeting them! Safe to say we will never have a party there again!
