My largest issue is the menu. I understand chocolate / vanilla / strawberry don’t need an explanation but when you have things like “ late night snack “ a description would be nice. I even tried to look at the website to find out what the base flavor / add ins were. I found it pretty confusing…. It didn’t feel like it should be. The ice cream I got was okay but had I known what was in the flavor I would have ordered something else.

Man I love this place. The staff is kind and considerate, the store is clean and organized, and the ice cream is just incredible. Truly, this location is not one of your average Graeter’s locations. This is THE Graeter’s location.

Management is rude and unprofessional. A family member of mine applied for a job, the manager left work hours before a scheduled interview and rescheduled it without notice for a day that my family member already told her didn’t work. Despite emails confirming that this woman was in the wrong, she belittled, blamed, and hung up on a high school girl who was just trying to find a job.
Dietary restrictions: I love that they have a handful of flavors that are dairy free with the “perfect indulgence” ice creams. I always go for the black raspberry chocolate chip perfect indulgence.
