We have been there twice and the food was unbelievable! We need some bread, Guy lol! We will be going back again.

Ate there twice this week while I'm town. It's clean and good staff.
I recommend the lasagna, garlic bread and salted caramel gelato.
I do not recommend the cajun chicken pasta.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 52nd anniversary at Guy Fieri’s restaurant, and it was truly special. Brittney arranged for us to dine in the beautiful private dining room, where the music created a wonderful atmosphere. Our waiter, Mahdi, made excellent food and wine recommendations and never made us feel rushed. We enjoyed both the meal and our conversations with him. It was a perfect anniversary dinner.

Guy Fieri's Trattoria offers a mixed dining experience. The 68 layer lasagna is praised and is enough for two people to eat, though some find it lacks sauce. The spicy rigatoni alla vodka pasta is pretty good. The cocktails are excellent and the salads are great. The staff is friendly and can provide great service, with servers who are very attentive and have a good attitude, though the service can be frustratingly slow when the restaurant is slammed. Overall, the restaurant provides a welcoming and authentic casual Italian atmosphere where you can forget you're in a casino, but the food can be inconsistent.
