Really good food and service.
The Chicken Piccata was so amazing. There is not a single thing that could have made it better. Generally salt is at least needed if not a little lemon as well. There was absolutely nothing that had to be done. I normally stop eating as soon as I get fill but I just couldn't. We are truck drivers so we are all over the country and we have had some good Chicken Piccata but this was absolutely perfect! I honestly don't understand the 3.9 average. I can say when we looked up the restaurant, we didn't realize it was in a casino, thank goodness they don't allow smoking inside!
My wife and I both had the chicken piccata. What a great dish, the lemon was slightly a little overpowering for me; but it was perfect for my wife. Even so, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Guy Fieri's Trattoria offers a mixed dining experience. The 68 layer lasagna is praised and is enough for two people to eat, though some find it lacks sauce. The spicy rigatoni alla vodka pasta is pretty good. The cocktails are excellent and the salads are great. The staff is friendly and can provide great service, with servers who are very attentive and have a good attitude, though the service can be frustratingly slow when the restaurant is slammed. Overall, the restaurant provides a welcoming and authentic casual Italian atmosphere where you can forget you're in a casino, but the food can be inconsistent.
