This place is extremely overpriced. The bald headed guy was extremely rude . The sushi took way to long in-between courses I will never return. I have had better sushi for the half or a fraction of the price ! My co worker made the reservation we will never return bald headed guy needs to learn how to talk with people so rude.

Absolutely incredible experience all around. My partner E-MONEY and I went all in for the premium menu and it was definitely worth it. The fatty tuna was definitely our favorite, but the eel and salmon hand roll were also amazing. The cuttle fish to start and matcha creme brulee to finish were perfect. The service was incredible and our server was extremely knowledgeable on the menu and very nice. Great spot for date night or any special occasion!

Incredible quality fish and food. This is such a gem to be in Columbus. The only qualm is that the spacing between courses was a little too long- I understand wanting to enjoy and savor each course but we waited about 30 minutes in between each course making our total dining experience 2.5 hours for just 2 people. We were getting a little antsy by the end. Our server and the people were great though!!

This is a late post! Considering the change their menus every 5 weeks. Absolutely stunning presentation and service. The chef really outdoes it every time. While I haven’t tried the most recent menu I can say with certainty whatever you get will be amazing. Quality, creativity and authenticity is put into every plate served. It’s expensive but it’s worth every bit. Highly recommend pairing your courses with wine or sake additions.

I’ve been looking forward to visiting Chef Yudi for quite some time, and I was finally able to make it there tonight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with hospitality as warm as the hand towel. It was heartwarming to see the chef and his team take the time to cater to each person at the bar, truly making everyone feel special and valued. The food was top notch! Some of my all time favorite fish were featured on the menu. Each dish was thoughtfully garnished and paired with ingredients that the team was excited to showcase, reflecting their passion and care for their craft. Even the ice for the whisky was multifaceted! Thank you, chef!!

Better than dining in Iron Chef Morimoto's restaurant on Maui -- which is saying something, if we consider Haru's Ohio location. Exquisite ingredients, elegantly prepared before our eyes, friendly chefs explaining each step of the process: all this amounted to a one-of-a-kind experience you are unlikely to get elsewhere. Absolute delight and delectable results!

Eating at Haru Omakase was an absolutely amazing experience. Admittedly, this was my first omakase experience and every bit of the it was amazing. First, the atmosphere of the restaurant was quiet, intimate, and extremely comfortable. Second, every member of the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Third, the food was absolutely amazing. Each course was carefully crafted and put together to maximize the experience and I felt extremely moved by the attention to detail and satisfaction that the chef put in every piece. As we ate, it was clear that creating a unique, memorable, experience for each guest was the goal of the head chef. He took time to personally thank and greet guests as they entered and left the restaurant, as well as talking to those at the bar and tables, answering all of their questions. All of this made the experience feel extremely personal and inviting. Sadly, due to last minute planning, we were not able to get a reservation at the bar; however, I can’t wait to go again to be able to sit at the bar to get the whole experience of being able to watch the tours being prepared. This was definitely an amazingly special experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking to find somewhere special for any occasion. Thank you to the chef and staff for bringing such a wonderful restaurant and experience to Columbus.
