HC Way Reviews
I was berated for several minutes by an employee for not having done the online correctly. I was told I should have ordered the create your own for cashew chicken instead of making an allergy substitute, like I had done with the Kung Pao order. In fact, there was no option on the website for a create your own cashew anything. But, in making the example, it was clear the employees understood my intent. Customers were watching like I was the one making a scene where all I wanted...read full review
They could improve by having beef that you can actually chew. They could put real cream cheese in the Crab Rangoon, and it bothers me that the regular and large food ordered is served inside the same rectangle dish. This is an "American" Asian restaurant and is not authentic Asian food.FYI.
I won't be baxk. Got there an hour and fifteen minutes before they were supposed to close. I was dining in. Right after I sat down to eat, an employee started mopping the floor. The soapy smell was unbearable. And he mopped the entire restaurant. Not a pleasant way to eat your meal. Sad, because I do enjoy their food, but I don't eat at places in which they show a lack of respect for their customers. They could have waited until it was closeer to closing time.

HC Way offers delicious Chinese food at reasonable prices, with a variety of options and customizations available. The restaurant is known for its tasty fried rice, chicken, and stir-fry dishes, which can be tailored to individual preferences with a choice of protein, vegetables, sauce, and base. Vegetarians will not run out of options, with tofu as a good alternative. The Pad Thai is consistently flavorful. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the food quality is excellent. While the sauces can be a bit watery, the overall value and cleanliness of the establishment make it a great choice for those craving Chinese cuisine. Recent reviews note that the food quality has declined over the summer and fall, with some dishes like crab Rangoon and noodle dishes lacking flavor or having little vegetables. However, the place remains a clean and fast option, with large portions at low prices. The service is praised for being quick and friendly, and the place is appreciated for its affordability and cleanliness, even if some dishes may be bland or overcooked.
