Love love love this place! Food is fresh, garlic sauce is so good. The steamed dumplings and homemade dumpling sauce is excellent.

Is it authentic? No.

Is it the best damn value for taste in the city? Is the parking ample? Hell yeah to both. I will frequent this place until I die

Decent place to get quick Chinese/East Asian food, I had the pad Thai and it was quick, hot, and delicious.

Place was relatively short staffed with quite a bit of people waiting…. Red head with long hair should take the ear bud out of their ear , end their personal call, and serve people waiting for food. My online order was ready the whole time as I was sitting waiting for it to be called out or helped… for over 15 minutes

After leaving Micro Center, we decided to stop in for the first time and see how the Asian food was. I ordered a general TSO chicken, Fried rice, and an extra portion of shrimp with an eggroll. My son ordered sesame chicken with fried rice and crab Rangoon‘s. The interior of the restaurant was nice, especially for Chinese restaurant standards. The service was very good as well. The food leaves a lot to be desired. Obviously, Asian food is known for its spices and seasonings. The general TSO chicken was not just mild. It can be described as bland and tasteless. The broccoli had more flavor than either the chicken or the shrimp. The rice I can’t even describe. It certainly had no taste, Didn’t resemble anything like any fried rice I’ve ever seen, and went right into the trashcan. The sesame chicken wasn’t too bad. The crab Rangoon was certainly overcooked. Take a look at the pictures. It looked as if it had sat under a heat lamp for the last six hours. My son ended up taking the entire shell off and trying to salvage what was inside. Don’t think we’ll ever be back. Given that the two of us cost nearly $40 putting this as a higher priced Asian restaurant and saying We are disappointed is an understatement.

Food was ok, the gnetleman who waited on me was nice just no one appear food service focus
Entire meal app, soup and entree all can out at once so u know something was going be cold - ate inside.
Inside I felt bad for staff - menu board out another one was flickering coke machine out of order one tv didn’t work one ice well on counter not in use or broke - poor appearance. Store looked / appear like it was on last leg of being in business - not good. Someone need to step up.
Hot and sour soup - not recommend
Crab Rangoon - dough felt / tastes old
Crest my own meal - Mongolian sauces lacked flavor on meal ordered
Prob not coming back

I was berated for several minutes by an employee for not having done the online correctly. I was told I should have ordered the create your own for cashew chicken instead of making an allergy substitute, like I had done with the Kung Pao order. In fact, there was no option on the website for a create your own cashew anything. But, in making the example, it was clear the employees understood my intent. Customers were watching like I was the one making a scene where all I wanted to do was take the food and leave the embarrassing situation, having said nothing more than my name at that point. Finally, after I thanked the man for ‘explaining all that to me’, I was given a bag of food and directed to where utensils were. They were out. But, the employees had walked away and kept their backs to me when I tried to get their attention to get some chopsticks.

This was my first visit to a HC and I was very excited!
However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was berated by an employee for not having done the online order correctly. I was told I should have ordered the create your own for cashew chicken instead of making an allergy substitute, like I had done with the Kung Pao order. In fact, there was no option for a create your own cashew anything.
It was clear the employees understood my intent by telling me I had done it correctly the one way. They never used the phone number or email I’d provided. I was informed, loudly and embarrassingly, in front of customers and employees alike, that I had made a mistake and they decided not to bother making modifications.
I was directed to where utensils were (they were out) but all the employees had walked away and kept their backs to me when I tried to get their attention.
This is my last visit as well, for obvious reasons.
