Good ramen at a good price. I like the classic Tonkotsu ramen the most so far. The teas are good but pretty expensive. I usually skip them. I'm a sucker for takoyaki and they have a good flavor but it's overcooked in my opinion. You can seat yourself, scan a QR code to order yourself, and they actually use their delivery robot. Introverts will appreciate it here. You can expect a quick, quiet, reasonable meal every time.

I ordered to go and just wanted my food packaged to leave easily from lunch. I was told I was not allowed to eat in an empty restaurant because I ordered to go. There was 3 other people there.
So we got the Spicy Miso Pork Belly Ramen (chef’s kiss), Pork Belly Cheesy Fries and Pork Belly Buns (set of 2). Plenty of free parking, great location, friendly staff and clean restaurant. They have a robot to serve you if you dine in. Meat is tender and food is delicious and flavorful. So much so, we chose to eat here both Friday AND Saturday 🍜 Pork belly here is amazing. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Very nice ramen restaurant in Columbus, Ohio! We ordered gyoza, pork belly buns, vegetarian ramen and tonkotsu ramen. All were delicious. The robot who delivered our food is so cute. (Sorry, we put dirty dishes on. Didn’t realize until afterwards.) The staff at the front counter are friendly and helpful and we ordered from them. They also have good bubble tea.

One of the best ramen spots in Ohio! The broth is rich, flavorful, and comforting—especially the Black Garlic Ramen. Portions are generous, toppings fresh, and the gyoza and takoyaki are a must-try. The robot servers add a fun, unique twist to the experience. While spice levels can be a bit tame, the overall quality and variety make Hiro stand out. Definitely worth a visit if you love ram
