Dining in, you order from a QR code on your table and a robot brings all of your orders. There are also staff up front who can assist you if you need anything. When I dine in I also buy some extra drinks for my siblings. One staff member took notice of this and offered me a plastic bag to store drinks which was very thoughtful. Love the atmosphere here and the food and drinks are tasty too.

The ramen and gyoza were excellent. Our kids thought the robot server was interesting, but they weren't nearly as amazed as some of the younger kids who were there. Our daughter is vegetarian and loved the tofu. My spicy miso had a nice kick to it.
I wasn’t looking for too much when I went there, but in reality, it was really good!I was pleasantly surprised and am planning to go back.

Very nice place. The robots are fun. A good amount of food and it's tasty (though maybe not as rich as some others).Food for one person in our group came out much later than others. It would be nice if it was easy to ask for things like 2 cups for sake right at order time.

My fiance and I decided to stop in and try Hiro ramen after driving by it all the time. We were not disappointed, the food was delicious as well as their drinks! The robots are adorable and a plus, would highly recommend this place :)

We are so happy for found out they carry Takoyaki Ball, but !! beware that online menus was $5 but actually now prices is towards almost to the direction of 8 for 6pcs. It was a very basic Takoyaki, skin is crispy but stuffed nothing but one small piece squids. A little bit disappointing.Lady who works there is rather not warm hospitality.might try their main menu sometime in the future just because robot is cool as a server.
Fun little ramen and tea shop with little robot servers. The ramen was very good, I got Spicy Tan Tan ramen with prok belly instead of ground pork and Mana got Miso ramen. We Also got the steamed pork buns and some of their special teas which were both very tasty especially the passion fruit and pineapple tea with boba! Atmosphere was very relaxed and you can get take out. We are definitely coming back ?

This was my first and last visit. They don't take orders at the counter. You have to scan a QR code at the table. So I did that and basically had to create an account through my phone. I entered my name, email, and credit card. Just seconds later I got a text asking me if I made a purchase for $49.95. I did not. I was still in the registration process. I didn't even get to an actual menu to try to place an order. So I responded NO to the text message and left.
