I stopped in and placed an order. The food was lackluster versus one location I visited in cincy. The fries were soggy and the mac and cheese cups were only filled halfway. Then they forgot one whole meal on my order. I called and they made it right but I had double asked the person working at the counter. I really enjoy this franchise but I'm going to give this location some time to work on their service.

Was sad to come in and see the menu changed. New menu items are just okay. Mashed potatoes are dry with little to no gravy, cornbread was so fried it was like biting a brick and the new style Mac and cheese tastes like knock off Velveeta. I will say though, the hush puppies are fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic fried chicken. In fact, I've tried everything and it's all good. The seats are stools and it's a little echo-y but it's got a really nice patio. Eat there whenever I can.
