Good food. Great service.

Fusian is a restaurant known for its delicious food, welcoming staff, and cleanliness. Customers can enjoy the build-your-own sushi concept, similar to making a bowl at fast-food places like Chipotle. The restaurant offers outdoor seating with a fountain in the courtyard, providing a relaxing view and ambient sound, though hot summer days might be less comfortable outside. The staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to make suggestions, ensuring a great experience. Fusian is accommodating of allergies and maintains a tidy drink area. The portions are big and filled with fresh fish, and the menu features flavorful options like the cucumber ginger salad and rainbow roll. While some dishes may not always be perfectly presented, the flavors are consistently excellent. The restaurant also takes large orders and strives to keep the dining area clean, even near closing time. Overall, Fusian is a healthy, light, and nourishing choice for sushi lovers.
