The one-star is for Google, not Jeni’s. @Google please note that the hours are incorrect. This Jeni’s location is only open during events at Columbus Commons! If you go when there is not an event, you will be disappointed when you can’t get any ice cream!
Heard they were the best ice cream in town. Was super excited to try it out. Google Maps said it was open, but they were not. Double check that they’re open before heading over.
Closed. Looks like it has not been open for quite a while.
This ice cream is soooooo creamy! Yum!

An absolute disaster. Went to Columbus Commons location and they had two lines going. One was to place your ice cream order - we waited 30 minutes - and then we were told to hold our receipt and get in the other line to wait for our order. That took an additional 40 min. So combined we waited an hour and 10 minutes for a dang bowl of ice cream. But once they have your money from the first line you go through - you're stuck - just waiting. This was a nightmare and we missed the first performer at the concert we were attending bc we had hoped to enjoy a sweet treat. NIGHTMARE. Never dare to get in that line.

I would never spend my hard earned money at this place. Attended the family night at the commons this year and the young lady at the pick up counter was very rude. I simply stated that they didn’t give sprinkles with the ice cream which we specifically asked for at the order window. It’s not my fault that wasn’t communicated between windows. The ice cream is mediocre at best and far too expensive to deal with that kind of attitude.

We became addicted to Jeni's ice cream during our Columbus vacation. This is the second location we visited.
I had heard a lot about this place, so had to try it while in Columbus. But I got 2 small scoops of mediocre ice cream for $6.25. Not worth it at all.
We loved it! We got the vanilla bean and brambleberry crisp. The ice cream is creamy, not too rich and not too sweet. The waffle cones are fresh and so yummy!!

Normally love Jenis and the service, but never even got ice cream today. They staffed 2 people for a huge concert that has thousands of people in attendance. Poor planning from management on this one. Waited in line for almost 40 minutes before I gave up so I could enjoy the concert I was here to attend.
Delicious ice cream
Love this place.
Great Icream
From humble beginnings in the North Market to calculated nationwide expansion Jeni’s will always hold a special place in the heart of this Buckeye, every visit since senior year of college offering something new and delicious and on this sunny Saturday highlighted by all the flavors of a Butterscotch Popcorn juxtaposing Wedding Cake.
