Stopped by to get ice cream for family around 8:00 pm anytime I asked the young kid about the ice cream all he could say is it's on the board outside . annoying and bad customer service when you can't answer questions about what's available when there is a lingering line and it's dark out. Would not respond because of poor service. What's more disgusting is you expect a tip.... Seriously Jeni hire professional help and remove tip option until your staff can do better .... Tired of subsidizing wages for inadequate help who are more concerned with their phone than doing their job..... can't support this business or recommend...And, U've been buying Jeni's ice cream since it was a small business at the North Market in mid 1990'a but have to put my foot down when the workers don't care about customers....

I love Jeni’s. While this location is the cutest, most charming Jeni’s, it has the worst selection and service wrapped in attitude. They have such a small menu and don’t seem to restock very often enough. They are always sold out of something and rarely (pretty much never)have the new or popular flavors. I was there recently and they only had 2 flavors of ice cream…both outlier flavors that no one wants. They are unapologetic about it. Another time, they sold me a $10 pint covered in a layer of freezer burn frost. Also, not long ago, I showed up a few minutes before closing. I stood there a while and the two young girls working were cleaning up, ignoring me. I gently knocked on the window. They continued to ignore me. I knocked again. One shouted at the window, “we closed at 9pm”. I show her my phone: 8:58pm. She shrugs and says again through the closed window, “we are closed.”Please, Jeni’s get your act together at this location. Or open a real Jeni’s in GV.

As usual, a wonderful visit. While the menu at this small window-restaurant is limited, the have selected some of the best options that Jeni’s has to offer. A quaint, enjoyable experience.
It is especially pleasant that such a place is located in a German village, when in summer during hot weather you can enjoy cool and delicious ice cream. The only sad thing is the small selection.

First time here, customer service wasn’t really great, I ask for two bowls and a scoop of ice cream specifically the brambleberry I even ask him if it was his favorite and instead I got two scoops and one bowl and there’s wasnt clear communication about on the employee side on how things work, he didn’t really seem like he wanted to be there just kind of a had a rude demeanor
