Very good customer service. Ice cream was very good, my toddler loved it! Beautiful area as well, very nice to walk around.
Jeni's ice cream is always delicious. This facility does not have anything inside, though. It's just a walk-up counter with tables outside, so be sure the weather is nice enough for you to sit outside. The ice cream is expensive but it's also incredibly rich and delicious. Which means in my opinion that this ice cream is worth the cost!

Notably, the dairy free chocolate was amazing, and the bubblegum flavor was heavenly—nothing like store-bought ice cream. The waffle bowls are both unique and practical, adding to the enjoyable experience. Overall, Jeni's remains a local favorite and a must-visit for ice cream lovers.
