Have never had issues with JM. But I received a sub with rock hard bread. Couldn’t even bite into it. Called and they said “nothing we can do, it’s all fresh”. I’m sure it may be but like biting into a piece of oak. Disappointed with the service.

Ordered delivery from the app. Received text message that order was on its way. Received another text saying it was cancelled and to call the store. I called 5 times. The phone number does not work. I received no food, they stole my money and will not reply to customer inquiries. Only order from here if you enjoy money being stolen from your account. Sad.

Atmosphere, service, and food were all wrong. I had a medical emergency and my food was still not made after waiting over a half hour. Side note- the workers were not wearing head-covers and they were also chewing gum whilst preparing food. I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait and it ended up being over 35 minutes. After we gave our orders to the workers after waiting for over 20 minutes, we made a comment about how long the food is taking and then I ended up passing out on the floor. The paramedics came and continued to help me while the workers went crazy towards us. After I was checked out and the paramedics were ready to leave I said something again, as the food was still not ready. One of the workers began cursing me out after I started to complain. I stuck up for myself and the same employee cursing me out soon takes off her apron. I could tell what was about to happen so I ran outside. She proceeds to jump over the counter and chase me down north high street, however the paramedics were still there and they stopped her. The employees just stood there like they were sitting ducks and barely did anything. I am more than thankful for the paramedics and the help from people around me. Note that I was passed out on the floor about 5 minutes before having to sprint for my life. I am ashamed at the way the store, customer service, and management has decided to work on the issue. They have not done anything except the manager refusing to give me his superiors name. If u must go to jersey mikes, do not go to this location. Employees are violent and crazy.

Had my order for 30 minutes and kept my door dasher waiting. Don't order from them. Took me an hour to get my food and it wasn't even good. I will never go to this location. Other locations are cool.

I live close to here.. Ate here a LOT... they seem to not care or know about cross contamination... The same worker who makes the subs touches the money... and they hardly ever change gloves. ???I'm not coming here anymore! Somebody can have my jersey mike points

Ordered through Uber Eats a single sandwich. When it was dropped off, I was given 2 drinks, 2 subs, and 4 bags of chips. I wouldn't be complaining if I wasn't allergic to mayo and both subs didn't have mayo on them. The delivery driver said they handed the order to him and said it was correct even when he was explaining it didn't match.
