Nobody was wearing gloves!! The food quality was good. It was served hot. One of the cooks had long hair and he did not half it pulled back nor have a hair net on. However, the pizza was premade. I only saw one person wearing gloves. I watched one cook pick up pizza slices and put them in boxes with his bare hands .

I've had multiple interactions with the mangers "Sam, and Brett" and each time they've made me feel like I'm a part of the family. They are clearly not getting paid enough for what they do. Also the food is the best! I'd even give it more stars if possible. If you've never had jets I'd recommend the deep dish!

Awesome pizza!!! Staying at the Hyatt and this is the perfect spot for a pizza place as it’s easily accessed from multiple hotels! Ordering is easy online and was very fast! We got Chicken Bacon Ranch Deep Dish and LOVED it! They have great ranch!Also ordered Hawaiian BBQ and it’s amazing!!!! Sweet red chili wings are amazing as well!!!!!
