It is a delicious build your own bowl of noodle soup place where you pay by weight. Lots of selection and the process is simple The food gets done pretty fast. The peanut butter they offer to put on top surprisingly compliments the food very well. I also really like how the broth is not too salty so you can enjoy all the flavors. The average cost when I build a bowl is around $20.
