My little family tried Kay’s for the first time last Sunday and what an amazing experience it was! We will be back and recommend it to others. The customer service was amazing. We were rung in by Mrs. Kay herself (: The food was delicious; we complimented everything with every first bite (I have no notes for anything- 10/10.) I love how nice the portions were, it was worth the price.
Good food.. can’t satisfy everyone so ppl complain about no seasoning cuz they don’t think about nobody else.. can’t lie she be close sometimes it say she open but you gotta realize this that grandma type food and she in there cooking it herself.. sometimes it get overwhelming doing everything by herself and she forget to put she was at a cooking event etc. most times I call first to make sure it’s open .. but it’s definitely worth it.. especially them turkey legs
Kay’s Soul Food restaurant has the BEST soul food in Greenboro and the Triad area. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The potato salad, turkey wings, Mac and cheese were AMAZING! The owner talked with us and was very hospitable. Will come back again and again for some REAL soul Food! 😊
