I will start with the positives, typically we have an amazing time here. I’m in hospitality and it hurts me to leave a negative review but this was truly such an awful experience that after thinking about it I cannot say nothing. We went to Kelley’s after work for food and drinks, as we often do. Brought in a group of people to spend money, which you’d think would have been appreciated. This was not the case. The bartender, Melissa (thick, short blonde haired girl) was both visibly and audibly annoyed that we came in. Online it says it closes at 1am so coming in at 11pm shouldn’t have been an issue. (Mind you, our first experience with her she also drunk and fighting with her boyfriend in the women’s restroom.) Melissa was so drunk behind the bar that she was slurring her words and being obnoxious. My friend asked for a glass for her beer and Melissa responded (word for word) “I’m not giving that to you, why would I give that to you? I’m trying to close.” It was 40mins before close? A man across the bar ordered a round of shots for his friends, as well as for me and my friends. Melissa made the shots and handed them to everyone, the same friend she refused a glass to was talking about being on the fence about taking another shot. Melissa grabbed the shot glass that was sitting in front of her and stood in front of us and did her shot and just walked away. We were absolutely appalled. She continued to be aggressive and rude to us and two other men who were also there playing pool and having beers. We want to keep coming back here because we love the other bartenders and have always had a good time meeting the regulars and enjoy the food. This experience put such a bad taste in our mouths. A man from the kitchen who appeared to be her boyfriend was attempting to do her dishes and apologized to us for closing early. We did appreciate him, but this was simply one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If this was one of my bartenders treating my customers this way, I’d want to know. We will come back eventually, but we will never come in on her shift or stay if she’s there.

Great service. The Gumbo was good but it could have used more seasoning. The flavor was a bit weak. For Columbus it's decent gumbo. Prices were a little elevated but nothing crazy.

This place is a total vibe, very welcoming great drinks, great people, and some amazing food. Both owners are very welcoming and friendly. Kelly is a blast. It reminds the TV show. Cheers where everybody knows your name. The patio area is comfy and with a great sound system you can relax our party thank you for your hospitality. Melissa and Renee you guys are the best.
