This has to the worst KFC on the planet. First, I’m a manager of a restaurant I get no one is perfect and accidents happen. But, I have given this location quite a few chances and not only has it not changed or got better this last order was an absolute disgrace. We spent $70 on a meal for 3 people. I received biscuits harder than rocks and they turned to dust when thrown in to the trash. The chicken was so old it was literally rubber. So much so you couldn’t even pull it apart by hand. We tried to cut it with a knife and had just as much trouble. The only good thing about the meal was the lemonade. KFC needs to do a serious employee and food overhaul of this location or close it down. I can’t imagine cleanliness is a top priority either which someone could get seriously sick from this place. KFC used to be our family weekend tradition. Not anymore. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing.

Horrible customer service. I asked for an 8 piece family meal with fries and corn. They gave me coleslaw and mashed potatoes.

Wanted a family meal, everything was going fine until I got my order. They were out of biscuits, ok I can't wait a few minutes for some. 20 minutes of sitting and waiting I finally got them. However obviously the food they already gave me was getting cold all the while. Like why not wait fo give me it all so it could stay hotter or all be "fresher." Then i got home and realized I didn't get gravy for my mashed potatoes. I mean eating out isn't cheap and it just really sucks to not even get your money's worth or effort from the store.

They got my order wrong. I ordered 8 piece original 8 piece extra crispy. It all came original. The mashed potatoes and the gravy were the consistency of water. Just complete lack of pride or care from the employees and management. I hope they get a new owner and clean house because I miss decent KFC.

Customer service at this Gahanna location is much lower than expected. The food is still delicious!Vegetarian options: You don't go here to eat vegetables.Dietary restrictions: The only restrictions available is delicious, greasy, crunchy chicken.Parking: Plenty of parking and quick drive through since there aren't usually people there. Drive through speaker broken and they don't hang around to pay attention.Wheelchair accessibility: Ample parking and easy handicap access.

Don't bother with this store. After waiting 15min at the register and watching at least 4 employees obviously avert their gaze from the front of the store as they worked one drive thru order collectively, we decided to leave for a different restaurant. This is not what anyone would describe as service. There are no stars for "Food" as I was unable to obtain any.

Just left this location, doing an uber eats pick up & the service was horrible. No one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. I saw that there were no orders on the shelf that's designated for pickup orders, so I stood at the counter let them know that I was there to pickup my order, but no one ever acknowledged me at all & I was standing there for at least fiveminutes. They walked past me & looked directly at me multiple times & acted as if I wasn't there. So I just continued to wait & finally they put it on the pickup shelf. I grabbed it & headed toward the door & still I got no "thank you" or "have a nice day" or anything. Terrible service. Extremely unprofessional. ??
