Wanted a family meal, everything was going fine until I got my order. They were out of biscuits, ok I can't wait a few minutes for some. 20 minutes of sitting and waiting I finally got them. However obviously the food they already gave me was getting cold all the while. Like why not wait fo give me it all so it could stay hotter or all be "fresher." They got my order wrong. I ordered 8 piece original 8 piece extra crispy. It all came original. The mashed potatoes and the gravy were the consistency of water. Just complete lack of pride or care from the employees and management. I hope they get a new owner and clean house because I miss decent KFC.
Customer service at this Gahanna location is much lower than expected.
