Koki's Tortillas is a small, local business and wholesale supplier to restaurants all over Columbus that offers game-changing corn tortillas that are warm, fresh, and hot when purchased. The tortillas and chips are handmade fresh daily in the adjacent "factory" where customers can watch them being made. They also make masa for tamales. Despite the small space in a rather sketchy neighborhood and the cash-only policy, the staff is friendly and the tortillas are exceptional, making it hard to resist eating one on the spot. Supporting this local business is a pleasure, and their tortillas are arguably the best around.
