We've been here a few times, the service is always on point, the food rarely misses, and its pretty close to the real Korean BBQ in South Korea. The only reason I gave 4 stars on food is because the beef bulgogi was different than last time, and full of onion and peppers for some reason. They were out of rice as well, for about 45 mins while we were there.

I had a great time even with a party of 13! Richmond was a great waiter with fast service that was always there at the right time to put an order for more meat in. He was the Lebron James of waiters, he was goated on the POS with the meat orders. 10/10 would recommend.

Been here multiple times and will keep going back. Would be cooler if it were buffet style but they are usually pretty quick to bring the food to the table. Service has been really good and the ability to do both hot pot and Korean bbq is awesome. You can also do just one of the other. Great place.

I came here last Sunday for My birthday. Our waitress was Audine, she made us feel like we were a problem. Not sure if it was a race thing or what. But then other servers were rude as well. I was VERY disappointed because I've been wanting to come here really bad. For first timers it would be nice if they came with a different approach, and start out with a welcome. No birthday acknowledgement. It felt personal seeing at that time we were the only African Americans there at that moment.

Went here for my boyfriends bday and it was SO WORTH IT. We did both hot pot and the korena bbq, and love the korean bbq meats, but thebhot pot has our hearts. Pretty reasonably priced for an all you can eat too. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Staff is kind, they don't know hot to manage time management though. They kept telling everyone the wait time is 30 mins and everyone ended up waiting almost 2 hours. People who came in after us went ahead of us we complained and all they did was apologize. They need better time management when it comes to the waiting times and be honest with people when they come in asking how long the wait time is.

I usually don't like hot pots because I don't like cooking but this place has made me love doing so! So many Varieties of food and meats! A lot of new things you should definitely try! Also The Taro Milk Bubble Tea Is Very good! It does get really busy on the weekends so make sure to reserve early! And sometimes they do rush you because of how busy they are but 2 hours of eating is still a long time! The waitresses are very kind and the foods comes out very quickly as well! Very Fun for any first timers but I recommend always bring a Chef with you or someone who has done it before to help lead!
