Had been going to Polaris to get Krispy creme but service and attitudes has gone down hill badly. So Dublin Krispy creme is my new goto. It's much farther but worth it

It was absolutely packed with everyone trying to. Er some eclipse special donuts. But the 2 ladies serving...were so patient and polite with everyone....even when they were out of donuts and trying to get the freshly baked ones in...while the whole lobby was full. Appreciate their patience.Kid-friendliness: Donuts...the best thing to make a kid happy

Absolutely abhorrent behavior by the staff today. I came for the eclipse donuts and they did not block off the drive thru or post a sign, and there were cars in line, so I thought it was open. After several minutes of honking and yelling no one ever came to the drive thru. No one came to the pick up window when I stopped there to try and get anyone to speak to me. Ridiculous.

Gordon Ramsey needs to come here.Sat in drive thru after being told “ be right with ya” for an eternity. So I just left . Maybe they just don’t have enough staff.

6am when they open no manager on duty, so no sales. Was told to come back later when the manager showed up. It's not so great when you're late for work to bring in Donuts, so much for national happiness day!

Stopped by the drive-thru to get some donuts for a work meeting this morning. Intended to get three dozen total — I asked for two dozen original and before I could ask for another dozen of a different variety, the woman rudely said, “Pull to the window.” I’m not a confrontational person and I figured I’d be okay with the two dozen (wasn’t sure how many people would be at the meeting so I was just going to err on the side of caution and order extra). When I get to the window, the older woman there doesn’t say a WORD, even after I said hi — just holds her hand out for my card and hands me the donuts. It took her forever to process the payment — when she finally did and gave my card back to me, I thanked her. Again, she didn’t say a word — just shut the window on me. Cool. ? She should definitely look into a different line of work. First time I’d been at this location(or really any Krispy Kreme) in quite a while and definitely the last. There are way better donut places in town with way better customer service.

I really love Krispy Kreme. They have amazing products , food , drinks etc.However, I am appalled by the customer service at this location. I ordered online. I went through the drive thru to pick up my order and was told rudely by the associate thst I had to come inside. Once inside , I was asked " what do I want ?" again rudely by another employee. Then I can over hear un professional conversations going on between the workers. Telling each other to shut their big mouths and whatever else. Then after 10 mins of standing awkwardly, they finally push my order onto the counter and again rudely go " here " as a way to get me to (grab my things and go) basically. What a ridiculous staff. NO professionalism and customer service is out the window. Just be prepared in case you order from this location. They seem bothered just by a customers presence in the store.Again, food fine. Service bad.

What happened to this place? We used to love coming here now they're just rude people and the place looks filthy. Would not dream of eating anything they make there if their kitchen looks anything like the eating
