Absolutely abhorrent behavior by the staff today. I came for the eclipse donuts and they did not block off the drive thru or post a sign, and there were cars in line, so I thought it was open. After several minutes of honking and yelling no one ever came to the drive thru. No one came to the pick up window when I stopped there to try and get anyone to speak to me. Ridiculous.
6am when they open no manager on duty, so no sales. Was told to come back later when the manager showed up. It's not so great when you're late for work to bring in Donuts, so much for national happiness day!

It was absolutely packed with everyone trying to. Er some eclipse special donuts. But the 2 ladies serving...were so patient and polite with everyone....even when they were out of donuts and trying to get the freshly baked ones in...while the whole lobby was full.
