Had a nice brunch here with my younger daughter. She's a picky eater but enjoyed most of what we selected.
She gives the bacon a double thumbs up.
She also gave the breakfast potatoes a thumbs up, which is nice because she's not a fan of potatoes.

Food was great overall. No complaints.
Layout/ambiance was pleasant. Enough seating to have space without being too isolated.

Service was pretty good too.

Will visit again.

Today we celebrated a special birthday brunch for my little one at La Chatelaine French Bakery and Bistro, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting—just the right setting for a family celebration.

We ordered the Croque Monsieur and the Gratin Macaroni Fromages with grilled salmon, and let me tell you, the food was absolutely amazing! The Croque Monsieur had that classic balance of rich flavors with perfectly toasted bread and gooey cheese. The macaroni gratin was decadent and creamy, and adding the grilled salmon made it feel extra special. And yes… just look at that cheese pull!

Between the delicious food and the cozy French café vibe, this was such a memorable way to celebrate. La Chatelaine has easily become one of our favorite brunch spots.

They are pricey, but the best croissants, bread, baguette, French onion soup, Napoleons in the world. A wonderful treat from time to time. Love the atmosphere. Coffee is delicious also.

We always stop here when we’re in the area for either breakfast or lunch. Pastries, coffee, soup, or sandwiches are all great choices.

Everyone loves La Chatelaine! I love bringing out-of-town guests here for something special. I love drinking a cup of coffee on their patio during the summer.

Amazing!!! Definitely recommend. My step mother is from France and said this is the real deal.

It was a great location, the service was good but the structure was cafeteria set up. I was disappointed with the food as the cost to quantity was out of balance. A single slice of meat is ridiculous for the quantity of bread. The cappuccino was good but not excellent.

Local staple. Their French soup is to die for!
