Mark, Ruslee, and Meredith took care of me at the Latitude 41 for a week. They are kind, helpful, and went above and beyond the customer service role to make every morning very pleasant.
This place services the room service at the Renaissance on Columbus/downtown. The food was okay. Dessert good. I ordered the Margherita pizza and it was sweet. Not something I am used to. The salad was good. Expensive, but its room service. And I was tired, and it was late. So convenience was key. Also visited the bar another night I was staying at hotel. Expensive drinks. But good service.
I had dinner, breakfast and drinks here. The breakfast was a pretty basic buffet, and the dinner was unremarkable too. Service, though, was friendly and attentive, and the bar is pretty nice.
