I was told it was OK for them not to put sauce on my Pizza Puffs because they are a franchise, this is an included topping, than the associate proceeded to rip one of my puffs open with their bare hand, handed it back to me and told me they refused to make them correctly because they were fresh out of the oven. The worst service I have ever received in my life.I feel as if I was robbed as the food is not able to be eaten.

Took 50 minutes to get a single pizza because they had 2 workers for the entire store, and one of them decided to quit, leaving only one employee for the rest of the day.It’s not the fault of the single worker who was left, but this location needs to hire a better manager. I’ve ordered from this store multiple times (not going to anymore), and they’ve been understaffed nearly every time. It’s been like this for at least the past year.It feels like they’re intentionally remaining understaffed to keep their payroll costs low.Either close the location, or hire enough workers to keep up with demand. Don’t keep raking in money and shoveling out a sub-par product.

Pizza puffs suck! A muffin tin full of crust with 1 piece of pepperoni + 1 teaspoon of cheese. Thats all. They're nothing like in the commercials. Totally unsatisfactory.

Decided Pizza tonight, boy I wished I had not. Ordered LG Sausage thin crust, LG Supreme and bread sticks with an extra sauce. Everything was cold, bread sticks looked like they were overbaked drowned in garlic butter and missing a sauce.Our driver was there before it was ready, so why did it come here cold? Did they not tell them it was ready?Either way I was livid and ashamed. This is and has been our go to store for a long time.

Last night I ordered 3 pizzas ahead of time, knowing it would be busy. I was given a 60 min time frame. Hour goes by, and my time was updated 30 more mins out....then 30 more mins again. At that point I went in and asked after it and was told it would be another 2 hours on that order. I know they've been busy lately, but a total of 4 hours is crazy. Turn off orders in the app if it's overloaded. Now have to figure out how to get a refund from the app.

Twice now I've attempted to order from this location to not get my food. Both times they have been "short staffed" and food either takes over 90 minutes or you just don't get it. I'll take my business to possum holler which isn't much more than this place, has better food, and will have a pizza done usually within 25-45 minutes even on a busy night.

Placed my order on the app, noticed no progress on pizza tracker, so I went to the store. was told orders were 1.5hrs delayed! Mine at this point as 30mins late,i had time soI planned to wait. As I waited I heard 1 of the 3 workers coughing (sounded very productive) immediately I'm cringing..... as the cashier comes to the front to put a pizza in the locker I find it is her coughing,mouth wide open unmasked and uncovered!!! I immediately canceled my order. As she explained that she's sick and tried to cover her mouth (which she didn't) . I said ma'am you are coughing over people's food,Without even attempting to cover or even turn your head away from the food in the lockers!!!absolutely disgusting
