What kind of crazy bread is this?! Not even fully cooked!!
I operated a pizza shop for 13 years, and I have never seen an underbaked pizza served the way your store serves them. The pizza I received was essentially raw and required additional baking at home. If I wanted to finish baking my own pizza, I could have purchased a take-and-bake pizza elsewhere.
To make matters worse, when I called the store and asked to speak with a manager, I was placed on hold and left waiting for 47 minutes without anyone ever returning to the phone.

Ordered 2 pizzas online when it was time to pick up said pizzas they wasn’t even made yet. Waited an extra 45 minutes to even receive the pizzas. One pizza was undercooked and wasn’t very appealing the other was done but still needed a few extra minutes. This location on south high street Columbus ohio needs closed down service is bad food is bad employees don’t seem to even want to be there.
