Decided Pizza tonight, boy I wished I had not. Ordered LG Sausage thin crust, LG Supreme and bread sticks with an extra sauce. Everything was cold, bread sticks looked like they were overbaked drowned in garlic butter and missing a sauce.Our driver was there before it was ready, so why did it come here cold? Did they not tell them it was ready?Either way I was livid and ashamed. This is and has been our go to store for a long time.
So I usually come to this little Caesars because it's closest to my home. I always order online because I know that this location takes longer to get the order complete. But tonight took the cake!!! I ordered at 7:58pm. It said it would be finished & ready between 9:02pm-9:07pm. So about a whole hour, which is fine although it usually gives me a completed time of 35 - 45 mins.
