Terrible cassata. They are not Italian. They don't know how to make a cassata cake. It was dry like a brick. If it would have had rum -- it may have been better. Service was poor. The server didn't see to care when I asked a question. Would not recommend.

Really wanted to like this place. We prefer supporting mom and pop/local business however, however, I cannot recommend their whole cassata cake. Can't speak to anything else here, so hopefully other items are great and you won't have my experience. My husband ordered a cassata cake for my birthday (I am from Cleveland where there is a large Italian influence, however harder to find cassata cakes in Columbus), and it truly was the worst cassata cake I have ever had. Dry, dense, not authentic. Supposed to be strawberries and had random cherries. Had to literally use 2 hands to push the knife through, that's how dense and dry it was. Close to no filling. Would not recommend buying their cassata cake, specifically. Not sure what we will be doing with the rest of this cake, as I will not waste my calories on something that is not enjoyable. If you are in the market, ive had a pretty good one from a bakery off high street in short north. Lola and guiseppes seems to have good reviews, so I'm sure they have items that are tastier... Just not this item.

Great food. Don’t miss out. Trust me, you really want to eat here. I’m a pretty harsh critic and I LOVED it. Will be back soon. If carbs didn’t make people fat, I would eat here at least once a week.

I ordered my daughter’s 18th birthday cake here it was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Best cake we ever had ..not too sweet or rich it was perfect!!! We got the lemon blueberry cake and it was so delicious and very fresh!!! Definitely worth every penny!! Thank you guys for the perfect birthday cake!!! We will be back so glad we found you!!!
We have stopped here numerous times, and when we had a taste of the pumpkin spice and apple pie bars, we immediately put an order in for Thanksgiving! The bars are huge so I sliced them, ya know so they last longer and I will have more for myself later, 😆 Just need them to open up in Pataskala one day so they can get half my paycheck.. maybe that would not be good.. 🤔 Thanks for the fresh goodies and kind words even when y'all were super busy! The cookies and cannolis are pretty good too! Check it out 🤙
