Blue Agave Mexican Restaurant! Don Rolando el jefe de tortillas! .... this Chef makes fresh tortillas for his guest. He told me the story of how his grandma would make fresh tortillas and slide him one or two before dinner as a kid. He would add a little water and salt roll it into a ball and eat it before anyone would notice. This act of love and family traditions has now made it to your table. Best authentic Mexican food in New Albany!
One of the best Mexican meals we’ve had in a long time. The food was incredibly fresh, and the chicken was cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and delicious. Every dish we tried had amazing flavors, and you can tell they really care about the quality of the ingredients.
The ambience inside is beautiful with a more upscale, high-end look compared to most Mexican restaurants. It creates a really nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy your meal.

Blue Agave Gahanna offers a wonderful location and fantastic food. With a clean atmosphere and friendly staff, this Mexican restaurant serves great drinks and delicious dishes. The Caronaritas, Enchiladas Bandera, and Burrito Barbacoa are popular choices. The staff provide amazing service, and the food is excellent and flavorful. Customers praise the delicious dishes, including chimichangas, quesadillas, tacos, and enchiladas, as well as the perfect margaritas. The restaurant is very nice and clean, and the prices are reasonable. Parking is available in the rear, Creekside garage, and on the street.
