I’ve lived on the East Side of Columbus my entire life, and I’ve always said I was going to stop by J Zhen Asian Bistro & Bar. Well, last night I finally made that drive up north, and I am so glad that I did.

Try the Spicy Zhen chicken wings and the Spicy Fries. Big flavor from the peppercorns, chili oil, and onions.

J Zhen Asian Bistro & Bar offers good food, fresh and quickly served. The drinks are strong and the music creates a great vibe. The service is excellent, with helpful staff. Customers enjoyed the vegetarian options like Veggie fried rice, as well as the tasty wings. The owners are amazing and engaging with the customers. The bar crowd are usually the regulars, and there is plenty of open seating. The waitress, Angel, is phenomenal - she knows exactly what the customers like and gets them set up without even ordering. The food is great, the service is great, and the prices are good, though the music can be loud and the cleanliness could be better.
