Maple Street Biscuit Company

Ordered pickup the night b4 for 11 am. Sent my 19 yr old to pick it up. He sent me a message letting me know they were very busy and running behind. But he was fine to patiently wait. After waiting for over an hour and a half while watching doordashers walk in and grab their food with no problems. I finally told him to leave, and I drove up there myself. They remade my order very quickly after loudly voicing my opinions. Food is always great, just very disappointing that they let him stand there for that long, with no acknowledgment from the woman manager. Who also didn't apologize to me at all for our inconvenience. Guess we will just go to a different location from now on!!

I came in for breakfast and was never attended to. I stood in front of the counter for 5 minutes while the employees were clattering utensils and slamming equipment doors. I honestly couldn’t understand what was going on.

Took well over an hour to get food, staff was rude when asked about the wait time.

This is my favorite breakfast spot in Columbus! We have to stop here every time we are in town!!

Food is always great. I stumbled across maple street while in Knoxville and have sought it out in Columbus. This location is great. As is the manager. I had an expired coupon that I didn’t realize was expired. No big deal. But she honored it. Took charge of her team during chaos and came over to ask me about my time in Knoxville while also bringing me my food. It’s the little things and I can tell she takes pride.

If you haven't been to Maple Street Biscuit Co., you need to. Fresh made and the different breakfast choices I have had have all been spot on!

Super cute breakfast/brunch stop. The service staff were wonderful. The food was great for quick brunch before a movie. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend this to others as well as return in the future!

Definitely one of if not the best breakfast place. We love going here for the orange juice 💙

When is Maple Street coming to Dayton, OH?

First time we came, we got the Power Bowl & Hash Bowl, which honestly were just ok, but in the midst of eating we saw the Biscuit & Chicken sandwiches being served, and decided to return a few days later, and O....M...G.... World Changer!!!! I HIGHLY Recommend the Five & Dime, and frankly anything with their Chicken or Biscuits!! A new Favorite Dine-In for sure! Thank you for your recommendations and great service with a positive attitude Micah!

Just like the original in Jacksonville, with its own uniqueness. Everyone should try it at least once, but be warned, if you do, you will be back! Great menu, coffee on tap, and biscuits.
