My experience is the same as everyone else's. Pull forward, wait for ten minutes, then get the wrong food. It's the same every time, dont be tempted if youre nearby.

This location always disappoints. They have you pull forward and wait forever only to not even make the food the way it's ordered and leave out stuff we paid for. We've only eaten from this location a handful of times, and they have never made the food right. We won't be making this mistake again.

Very bad customer service at window. Young girl should be in the back, not giggling and snotty. Your intercom was broken. I had ordered by the app I went ahead to the second window to get my food I had already ordered and paid while the other car was still ordering. The girl at the window was rude and said I cut them off. I had ALREADY ordered and paid. I pointed back to the car still ordering. She was so rude.
I've ordered here a few times the last few has been horrible tonight went twice they kept saying my phone wasn't reading this is ridiculous I've never had this problem they refused to make my food after it took my money they kept getting annoyed saying they cant make it here's the order details what's the problem they do not want to work and was rude saying well what do you want me to do definitely will not be back there again this place sucks

Floor was sticky all over, no wonder not one person was eating in, even on a Saturday. Do better y'all, confused how you guys aren't shut down

The light skin girl with braids down her back running the store had a bad attitude, she made several mistakes and couldn’t care less smh this is sad we try to pay fast food workers more for not caring about how we spend our hard earned money!! The store was nasty looking and I even seen a worker take their break & leave the table nasty looking?? Wouldn’t come back to this location!

So I ordered a big mac meal and ordered no pickles not lettuce no onions and they messed my ordered up 4 times they keep giving it out to other people and the manager was so disrespectful she was cussing at me bc I was upset with them messing my food up so this location needs checked out its disgusting in there the smell is nasty and the workers are all disrespectful so please look into to this kus its not excitable.
