I tried using the kisok to place my order and had issues. The lady at the front bagging items (her name is Shalita) Helped me and instead took my order, which I'm grateful for. Unlike other Mcdonald employees who refuse to take an order and force customers to use self-ordering machines; Shalita did not. Thank you for being friendly, helpful, professional, and mostly for taking my order!!!Wheelchair accessibility: No steps so wheel chair accessible

prices have fully doubled over the past year, and yet at 3:30 in the afternoon, not a rush by any measure of the word, it just took 15 minutes from ordering to get only fries and a drink. with prices and wait times like this, there’s no reason to waste your time & money here - you could go to the grocery, get home, learn how to make fries from scratch, cook them, and eat them before your overpriced order is ready here.

The morning employees are very friendly. It's rare to find that nowadays.
They don't serve unsweetened ice tea at this location. Seriously, it's easier and faster than making sweet tea. I've never come across this at any other McDonalds location.

I think this business is very unprofessional, rude and lazy. I was going to this McDonald's because I deliver and they're on my route, so I'd been here a few times. If I could leave negative stars for them, I would. So from then first time I had went in to order from this location, there a red head white girl and a taller black gentleman that seem to be in charge. They'd make me wait anywhere from five to ten minutes to take my order all while standing on their phones and chit chatting. They'd look over and turn away, going back to either phones or two to three of them bagging up one order. When they finally came over to take my order, they'd make me wait even longer to get my food. Even if no one else was in the restaurant. Now I've never said anything to them about it because I don't like confrontation but the last time I went in to order, the red head girl said her G.M told her not to serve me. Review Update 11/19/23: This past summer I tried the Frozen Sprite and I'm hooked it is the most refreshing drink I've tasted in years... I think it goes with everything! Also customer service as well as well as the cleanliness of the restroom ? is impressive.

Almost drove away because there were maybe 14 cars in both lines of the drive thru, but they got us in and out in under 3 min. Food was fresh and hot, stopped for breakfast and everything came out perfect.
