The lady handing the food was a little rude. Food was a little substandard for $11.00 value meal 1. If McDonald's wants the charge a arm and a leg for there over price food then they need to raise there standards.

The people who work here are the most rude and miserable people anywhere. I understand this is McDonald’s, and I don’t have high expectations, but there is absolutely no reason for your staff to scold customers for placing a mobile order, sneer, roll their eyes, and sigh into the microphone every time they answer the drive-through. Someone please teach them to at least pretend not to hate life.

I ordered a caramel frappe, it was very delicious, but I payed for a medium and got a small. They forgot about my order so I went up there and said “I ordered a medium Caramel Frappe” they gave me a small. I feel as if I should’ve got a large for the inconvenience but I didn’t get what I payed for.

Order was wrong then the Manager on Duty tried to over charge for Vanilla flavoring for my coffee.
I went to McDonald’s on 6000 Sinclair Road Columbus Ohio 43229 today, bought $48.74 worth of food for grands. (Authorization Code 043657 Sequence No. 218550 Aid A0000000980840 Order No. 1312 1/24 1:41 pm). Dropped everyone off and went home. I sat down to eat my BigMac meal….bit into my burger and a long curly strand of black hair connected my bite and the burger. I spit the food out onto the plate and almost vomited. Called back and spoke to a young lady who identified herself as the manager. She was apologetic and offer to refund the burger….. I actually don’t want the $8 back…. Just disgusted with the sanitary issue. I have no idea how they can rectify this issue with money during a time like this.Dietary restrictions: Someone needs to do a walk through to monitor the situation for cleanliness and sanitation issues.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae. The ice cream did not even come up to the top of the lower cup let alone up into the cone. The "hot fudge" was cold hard syrup. There is no reason why the employees cannot be trained to put the cone on the top first, fill the cup all the way up past the rim of the lower cup and then add HOT fudge into the upper cone.
