The people who work here are the most rude and miserable people anywhere. I understand this is McDonald’s, and I don’t have high expectations, but there is absolutely no reason for your staff to scold customers for placing a mobile order, sneer, roll their eyes, and sigh into the microphone every time they answer the drive-through. Someone please teach them to at least pretend not to hate life.
I ordered a caramel frappe, it was very delicious, but I payed for a medium and got a small. They forgot about my order so I went up there and said “I ordered a medium Caramel Frappe” they gave me a small. I feel as if I should’ve got a large for the inconvenience but I didn’t get what I payed for.

The lady handing the food was a little rude. Food was a little substandard for $11.00 value meal 1. If McDonald's wants the charge a arm and a leg for there over price food then they need to raise there standards.
