I watched a customer stand at the register for a while waiting for service. Several employees saw her and no one let the person who is supposed to run the register know. The lady got frustrated and said maybe the drive through will work. It's a shame if you go inside restaurants are moving away from actual customer service and are using 90% kiosks or drive through

This is the McDonald's apparently outside the hood enough to have what you ordered and able to transfer it all to the customer and not give excuses about being out of, or the machine is broken so they just can't get it done! Even with a long line at drive through, great everything and didn't take very long either, so I will drive miles out of my way beyond several closer stores to go here again!
