It's like this generation does not care how they prepare your food what you order or don't order they give you whatever they think that you ordered they're always putting extra food on your order that you don't order and it's very time-consuming

This is the closest location to where i live but it's a pretty crappy McDonald's. The service is slow, the food is not always fresh as you'd expect, and the staff isn't very friendly. Add in the removal of fountain drinks from the dining room and the always dirty parking lot and it just really is run down. The other night i was also told i couldn't order a hot coffee at 11pm. I work 3rd shift and i have NEVER been denied hot coffee by any McDonald's that was 24 hours as this one is. I will more than likely still go here since it is close to home but seriously, you should consider doing some investigating into the poor quality that this restaurant provides Mendoza Company.

I seriously don't know if this is because I'm Hispanic but every time I go over there something goes wrong? They got a plain ketchup and cheese cheeseburger in a happy meal wrong 3 times, like how? And the girl at the window wanna make it seem like it's my fault for some reason...🤷♀️

Asked for a mocha frappe got a chocolate shake if I had time to wait I would have had it re made this is ridiculous learn to do your job
I just left this location. Got all the way home to feed my kids and my child had a roach in his fries. He bit the into it and spit it out. This is fucin disgusting. I can’t even call the store the phone is out of order. I will be calling corporate in the morning 😡
