Typing this while sat in their extra drive thru space. It's been 15 minutes and I don't have my food. I ordered two items. Service is incredibly slow, atmosphere is trash because it's a fast food place.

Went through the drive thru about 1:30 pm. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and had to pull up to wait. Waited over 5 minutes and when I got home and opened the package it looked like they'd thrown it on the floor! Meat patty was broken, patty, cheese and condiments were more than half off of the bun. It was a mess and impossible to pick up an eat. I'm done with that restaurant!

I can't call them and I order happy meal for my daughter and paid for cheese and they didn't add I try to call but busy. No way the busy. Very disappointed. Order number 1673 I hope y'all will do better n not take people money and give them what they pay for.
Order two McRibs and a number 9 and order a sprite as well, and pulled up to the window and paid for my food and then went to next window got my food and shake but didn’t get my sprite like I asked for didn’t even put it on the food order, I’m extremely upset that I did not get my drink like I asked over the intercom.

There is children working there they are rude disrespectful and and act like children over the drive-thru intercom. The management there was very disrespectful when they got an order wrong they acted like it was my fault and they were extremely rude. When I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe and I told him I wanted spicy they didn't get it right over the drive-thru in her come and then manager just squirted spicy sauce and a McDonald's cup and gave it to me. Very highly dissatisfied if you don't want to work at McDonald's and you hate your job don't make other people hate the experience as well.
