McDonald's is a restaurant with plentiful parking and ramps at the entrances for wheelchair accessibility. They offer vegetarian options and can accommodate dietary restrictions. The restaurant seems kid-friendly.
One customer was disappointed when their 2 cheeseburger meal did not have extra onions as requested, and the fries were cold. The chicken nuggets in a Happy Meal were also cold. On a previous visit, the customer found that none of their six cheeseburgers had meat on them. Staff members were described as unhelpful and looking sad.
However, another customer had a positive experience with the night shift employee at the drive-through. The staff went out of their way to help a consumer from Goodwill Columbus who wanted a milkshake but didn't have enough money. They suggested putting the ice cream in a cup so it wouldn't get dropped or messy.
Overall, the restaurant's exterior is clean and neat. The food tastes fine, but there have been issues with incorrect orders and cold food. The staff's attitude and service could be improved.
