Outdoors And Other Dude Stuff

A McDs is a McDs, so you typically know what to expect, but the lady who took our order was rude, and we had to pull up and park to wait for a coffee at 10 AM. Then the order wasn't even correct when they brought it out.I've definitely had better experiences at other locations, is all I'm saying.

Put an online order in, had the receipt for it with my order number and the location to pick it up at and somehow I was wrong. Lol. After the rude manager (I'm assuming she didn't have a name tag on), told me there wasn't anything that she could do when in fact it states in the fine print to go to the restaurant you ordered from if you have any issues...she looked at my phone to reorder it and missed half of my order. Then again, got mad when I told the gentleman at the window that all of the order that I PAID for wasn't in the bag?? Not sure what kind of customer service this was, but it isn't any that I'm willing to put up with. If you can't stop yourself from catching an attitude in your workplace you shouldn't be in management. Idc how good you are at your job, communication is important especially with a customer.

Service was horrible the girl at the speaker was definitely not friendly wanted an ice coffee but was out of creamer McDonald's back home has creamer packets why not use them & then cashier window didn't greet me and presenting window person didn't even look at me handed my food to me with his back towards me. Also didn't get any straws.

Went through the Drive-Thru and we weren’t allowed to order any fountain drinks nor coffee. Since when does McDonald’s deny service in Drive-Thru? The lady was very rude and didn’t care.
