I mistakenly ordered the wrong thing , and the three young ladies that were working took it in stride and rectified the order and were very pleasant and polite. Kristi went above and beyond, brought out the order in snow and rain , then when she realized the drink was missing returned inside and got the coffee . Very professional, very polite. The best service I’ve had in awhile. Thanks . GREAT CREW !!
Never get my order right
The past couple times coming here has not been a good experience. I know they get busy for expo center events, but it's not super crazy to expect to get what you ordered. Even if I have to wait. I have to dbl check the bag multiple times bc they forget items and sauces, and depending on who I'd am working the counter they throw attitude if you ask for your missing items, like your making it up.
