I don't know who owns this franchise, but your prices are getting ridiculous. On one of my walks, I often stopped into this place- regardless of service. It was already the most expensive soda in the area, and now, just 2 weeks later, a medium Diet Coke is a $1.89! A large is 219! Are they taking advantage of the fact that college kids are using their Buck ID cards there? It is a full 50 cents higher than it is in neighboring McDonald's. I'm a retired school teacher by the way and it sure doesn't seem like they even care about what the chairman himself has said about affordability

McDonald's on campus isn't what I remember a McDonald's to be ten years ago. But what is the same since Covid, etc....etc. Now most if not all places aren't geared for a sit-in eating. Door Dash will bring it, "lF" you've got the means. So I placed my order on a key-osk paid cash at a register, employee didn't say anything or didn't seem to care if I did or didn't, or was even alive, no matter I'm expecting a counseling session anyway, food came by way of being yelled at, "no number 310"' number 310!!!!!" Grabbed my food walk out into the seating in front, cold concrete always says "thank you for stopping by"! Did I expect five star dinning, hell no! Did I enjoy my experience at Mc D's..............?????? Hell no, but for the amount of money I wanted to spend, what choices were there! "Next in line please" should be their slogan", cause their not "loving it or us"!

My order was fine but always disappointed & annoyed that the ice cream machine was down. Was told it would be down for 2 days.Thats is ridiculous. Sounds highly sus to me.

It's crazy how they actually put their worst staff at nights when there's the most people. I ordered through the app, I thought it was going to be faster, it wasn't. I clicked that I was in the store about 10 minutes before arriving because I knew it was going to take a lot of time. When arriving around 1am I still had to wait like 20 more minutes for my order. I did say that there were a lot of people, but not enough for my order to take 30 minutes. After getting my order it was still wrong and they were missing some chicken nuggets I ordered. They took like 10 more minutes for me to get the chicken nuggets.Also, I found kind of disgusting that the girl that was working the fries didn't have gloves on. She was pushing the fries from the edges with her whole hand, really disgusting.

STOP Asian HateI receive incorrect items every single time when using McDonald's Delivery with an Asian common name!!!This has never happened to my friends.However, once I changed my name to an English common name, it stopped.
The staff was a bit unattentive but other than that pretty good.
